Return Policy

No returns or exchanges are allowed for face mask, handbags, or jewelry products, including bracelets, rings, waist beads, etc. All sales and purchases are final.

Exchanges ONLY are allowed for apparel. Items must remain unworn and unwashed. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee when returning the item to Val's Custom Collections LLC for exchanges. We strongly recommend shipping insurance when returning items for exchanges. In the event that items are not received to Val's Custom Collections LLC an exchange will not be granted.

 

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the item that you purchased, please contact us at valscustomcollections@gmail.com in order for an exchange to be approved.We reserve the right to deny the return/exchange to sender without prior return/exchange approval. Return request must be within 3 days of receiving the purchase.

Our Shipping Policy

When do you ship?
Orders are shipped with tracking numbers Monday-Saturday via USPS upon posted payment (not pending transactions).

Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically and internationally. If you have any questions regarding internationally (anywhere but Canada and the US) please email valscustomcollections@gmail.com

How do you ship?
Most of our orders are shipped through USPS.

We are an online based store, however we do offer curbside pickup for customers that are located in Huntsville, Alabama for items that are on hand. It will be the last option under shipping/delivery method. Some items are stored in a warehouse and those products will be fulfilled by Modalyst.

Rate to ship?
We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge is based on weight and location.
